Super 8 by Wyndham Williams

The room was freezing, with the outside temperature around 2°F and no working heat. It never became comfortable overnight, and the hallway was warmer. I had to sleep fully dressed. Check-in was also a problem. The front desk administrator said my reservation had been canceled because payment wasn’t guaranteed, but the Booking app still showed it as active. It didn’t require prepayment and allowed free cancellation. I tried for a long time to explain that the issue wasn’t my fault, but the administrator kept blaming me. I ended up having to pay separately for the room. A very unpleasant stay, with poor service and unacceptable room conditions. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel or stay here again.

We got in at 11:30 PM after being caught in a snowstorm, and with three little ones in the car, the quick check-in was a big help. The man checking us in was very nice and even unlocked the breakfast room so we could get milk for our youngest. The rooms were nice, though a little dated, and the bathrooms were very dated too. Still, a decent place to stay if you need one. The next morning, several of us sat in the office for over 20 minutes trying to find out why our keys had stopped working and whether anyone would plow the parking lot so we could leave. No one answered, so we had to shovel ourselves out of 1-2+ feet of snow.

We got caught in a snowstorm and had no choice but to check in. The room was filthy and smelled awful, the rug was soiled, the bathroom was horrible, and brown water came from the tub faucet. They didn’t plow the lot, and now we’re stuck there when we’re ready to leave. Worst place I’ve ever seen.

I got the last room, and I’m so grateful you kept your word. The rooms were clean and well cared for. Thanks so much, and good luck to you. I’ll always recommend this place.
