Lakeview Inn

You wouldn't guess much from the outside, but inside the rooms are extremely clean and surprisingly nice. The front desk and staff were helpful and clearly cared about making the stay enjoyable. I travel here every time I'm in town, and as an artist I can't compromise on comfort or cleanliness. This is the best motel around, honestly. Go see for yourself.

The service was great, and the room was a decent size with a microwave and an oversized fridge. The price for two nights was very good. I was told I'd have a queen bed, but got a king instead, and it wasn't comfortable enough. The bathroom door wouldn't close, and there was water damage showing on the wall beside the tub. No breakfast since COVID, sadly. Stayed April 2022.

I was in town for a first responder class and couldn't afford another option, but I regret staying here. The floor was incredibly dirty, and there were no privacy curtains. Walls, counters, and both doors were damaged, with fire damage on the bathroom counter. On my second night the front desk mistakenly gave someone else my room, and they damaged the door trying to get in. I slept in my sleeping bag because I didn't want to risk the bed. The phone doesn't work either. Do not lodge here, it feels unsafe and unsound.

The decor is outdated, but the room was really clean and the new beds were very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great. I'll definitely stay here again.
