Deluxe Inn Willows

It's a great location, and the staff were super friendly. They have trailer parking, which worked well when we hauled our 7x14 ft trailer to the racetrack. This used to be the Super 8, and staff told me they plan to remodel soon. The room was very clean and the AC worked well without being loud. The carpet and decor are a little dated, but the quality for the price is great.

The woman at the desk was really nice when I checked in last night and told me there'd be breakfast in the morning. Another guest told her the fridge and TV in her room weren't working. My TV only had one channel, but I accepted that, and the internet kept cutting out. When I went looking for coffee, there was none. I rang the desk bell and a man came out. He said there was no breakfast, only coffee, even though I'd been told otherwise and the breakfast appliances were set out. I pointed out that there wasn't any coffee either, then pressed the machine button. It only gave water, even after he unplugged it and plugged it back in. He was very rude and told me not to argue. I said I'd wait for my reviews. Don't stay here or at the Quality in!

Lots of food options are within walking distance, and the location is convenient right off the freeway. The area was quiet and felt secure. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the staff were kind, patient, and professional. They greeted me as soon as I arrived, which made me feel welcome. I had a truly wonderful stay and would definitely come back and recommend it.

It's safe, clean, well maintained, and a good price. Some people complain that the rooms are old, but they don't even look that old. If you want something fancier, pay more. Simple as that. The AC was unplugged when I got there, so I had to press the reset buttons on the plug and wall outlet. Once it started, it cooled the room quickly and quietly.
