Holiday Inn Express Wilmington North - Brandywine by IHG

Getting around was easy from this convenient location. The staff were helpful and friendly, and everything ran smoothly. I found the room clean, comfortable, and well cared for, a pleasant place to unwind after a long day. I had a really nice stay at Holiday Inn Express Wilmington North - Brandywine.

We were visiting family with our 3-year-old twins, and this place suited us well. Nothing fancy, but it was clean and had free breakfast. We were especially glad to have a tub. We prefer tub-shower combos when traveling with little kids who aren't very agreeable to regular showers. We'd definitely come again.

The front desk staff were pleasant, professional, and quick to help. I appreciated being able to get complimentary hot coffee in the lobby at any hour. My room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The desk lamp didn't work, but that was minor for me, and I had an excellent stay.

I stayed here for three days through New Year's Eve. The room service was tremendous, and the breakfast attendant was nice and seemed a little pressured while preparing everything. The bacon was actually good, not the thin microwave stuff you usually get at most Holiday Inns. My first-floor room had an accessible shower, which I didn't mind because water didn't pool and spread across the floor. The rooms are very small, though. There's only one office chair and a little bench beside the desk where the TV is, so moving around with a guest would be tight. It's an odd Holiday Inn in some ways: there are no wall signs showing room directions or where the fitness room and public restroom are, so you have to ask at the desk. The kitchen area stays closed off, but the coffee is freshly ground 24/7. I called the front desk directly to ask whether guests could use a laundry room, and unfortunately they don't have one.
