I was visiting my sons at college and had a lovely trip. The hotel was comfortable and quiet, and the manager was professional and friendly. I especially enjoyed the hospitality from Mr. Jay at the front desk. He gave us service above expectations. It was also a pleasure meeting the PH Educated student, who knew a lot and made me an authentic Indian tea.

The shower in my room was broken, and it seems like the facilities aren’t being looked after very well. Check-in itself was easy, though. The woman at the desk recognized me right away from my early check-in, so the staff handled that part well.

Be careful booking here. I found bed bugs, showed proof, and was denied a refund about an hour after arriving. I’d post a picture to back this up, but that feature is blocked.

I stay here whenever I come to town to visit family and haven’t had a problem before. The check-in staff were great. There was a small plumbing issue, but I think they resolved it last night.

Room 113 had bed bugs. After I reported it, the front desk brushed me off like I was lying. I stayed just one night and had bites on my face, hands, arm, and back. I’ll never stay there again.
