The rooms are generous and well set up for travelers, with little reading lamps between the beds. Everything was immaculate, and the hotel is beautiful. Our fourth-floor room at the back, away from the highway, was quiet, though we could still hear a little noise. With the fan on, it wasn’t bad at all. The bed and pillows were very comfy, the water pressure was great, and the room felt cozy. The bathroom fan running constantly was a slight drawback when I got up at night, but it was barely noticeable in the main room. We’ll definitely stay again.

I found the hotel quiet and relaxing after a long day, with immaculate, spacious rooms that are set up well for unwinding or getting work done. The beds were very comfortable. Staff were friendly and professional at every step, from check-in to housekeeping, and made us feel welcome. The location gives you access to downtown Portland while keeping you in Wilsonville’s peaceful surroundings. It worked well as a base for exploring or attending meetings without being in the city bustle. Parking was plentiful and easy, and the property felt safe and well maintained. The fitness center was well equipped, the pool clean and inviting, and the restaurant served delicious meals with attentive service. I especially liked the fresh breakfast choices and cozy dining room. The meeting spaces were also excellent, modern and flexible, with a capable team to help events run smoothly. Attention to detail shows throughout.

The location is handy for shopping and services, though being right by the freeway makes it a little loud. Our accessible room worked very well, even with a power wheelchair, which was fantastic. The room was lovely, the staff friendly and helpful, and the food was great. The fitness room and pool/spa were very clean and nice.

The room had a lovely, open feel, with high ceilings, fresh paint and decor, and a chair in the corner. The bed was comfy, I loved the pillows, and I appreciated having a personal thermostat. The TV had YouTube and streaming, and the clean linens felt fresh. I was looking over the back courtyard, so there was no freeway noise, and I got a good night’s rest. The gym was a nice size for a few people to work out comfortably, with good equipment. I didn’t use the beautiful mineral pool and spa, but hope to next time. There’s a free coffee stand tucked away in the lobby, which was a nice surprise since it’s otherwise $5. The room could have been cleaned more carefully. The shower glass had scum on it, there was hair in the drain, and there was toothpaste in the sink, though the toilet and counter were clean. There was no shower gel, and the bathroom fan ran all night and wouldn’t turn off. I have a professional cleaning background, so I notice these things. It felt like the room had been reset without attention to detail. For a Hilton, I expected better bathroom cleanliness, especially on a reward stay. It’s still a nice hotel, and I’d stay again, but I’ll tell them about the cleaning issues. Noise from people thumping and talking on the third floor at 1am woke me up. Housekeeping using the guest elevator was odd, and it caused a pileup. Breakfast wasn’t included, which people should know. Their Sunday brunch wasn’t set up by 9:30am on Sunday, and the only employee around was milling about on their phone. Thanks to the front desk employee of the month who checked me in late at 11:03 pm, and to the staff member who helped me search for my scrunchy on their lunch break. I thought I’d left it in my room. I know hospitality work is hard, and I understand we’re still post pandemic, but it matters when employees take pride in their work. Being on phones or standing around talking while things need cleaning gives a bad impression. Guest perception can make or break a trip, especially when people pay a lot for a nice stay. I’m just a nobody trying my best to love like Jesus and be honest, helpful and kind. Jesus Loves you. I didn’t really get pics of my room, but here’s the gym. NFGU. WOLVES FOREVER.
