Executive Suites

I’ve rented units at a couple of their locations over the past year and have had a pleasant experience each time. The units are clean, updated, and well kept, and the property is very quiet. The onsite staff are always friendly and make sure you have what you need. I have no complaints and absolutely recommend staying here.

The people were nice, but the unit itself was in rough shape. There was duct tape being used as a threshold, and it hadn’t been cleaned before I arrived. Old food was stuck to the toaster, and the microwave was covered in food splatter. The company also tried to place me in another nearby unit where black mold was growing in the closet after a water leak. Don’t assume this place is suitable for executives. I’d give it one star or less. The cleaners I hired for the small unit said they didn’t think it was a good location, and I’ve heard from other people placed here who had similar problems. The bathroom mold was embedded in the caulking, and there were dust bunnies around the exhaust fan. The price was comparable to a local hotel that offers daily cleaning, a pool, and a gym. The other reviews are bogus! I won’t work with the company that arranged my housing again, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here. STAY AWAY!!!

We had many problems while living at ANS Executive Suites, especially the lack of repairs. Our heat went out for two weeks in the middle of winter, and our AC failed for over a week during the intense summer heat. The toilet stayed broken for FOUR WEEKS while we kept being told, “maintenance will be there tomorrow.” We have a 5-year-old son, and the two-level end unit had just one smoke detector. There wasn’t one on the whole ground floor or in either bedroom. Housekeeping and fresh towels and bedding were included in the monthly rent, with service once a week. Then we were told there’d be no more housekeeping or fresh linens, but rent stayed at an incredibly high $1,700 a month. When nobody in the office answered, the voicemail was full, so we had to keep calling over and over. They never returned our calls. These are only a few of our issues. I’m very, very dissatisfied with the whole property. I’d steer clear.

The room was unusual for a hotel, but it had everything we needed and more. There’s a winding staircase up to the loft bed, and the living area and patio are roomy enough for an extended stay. It’s in a convenient part of town, near lots of businesses and right on a main road. We’re already planning another trip and expect to stay here again, once the world gets back to normal.
