Hotel Vienna

I wanted a little getaway with an indoor pool and sauna, even though I only live about an hour away, and this turned out to be the nicest staycation. My pup and I felt so welcome, and everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. I loved the room's mountain view and the coffee machine was awesome. I'd definitely recommend it and hope to return.

The cabin worked perfectly for our group, with a great deck, a private hot tub, several fire pits, and a lovely room. It was also close to the hotel, the Windham Path, and an easy walk to restaurants. We enjoyed the enclosed pool and freshly baked croissants, too. The house sleeps 12 comfortably across four bedrooms and three bathrooms. We just got home and can't wait to go back.

Our kids had a great time hanging out in the first floor lounge, and the indoor pool was clean and heated. The sauna fit four of us comfortably. The one thing that needs attention is the hot tub, getting it fixed would make the stay perfect. We also liked the renovated room, which was comfortable temperature-wise, with plenty of outlets, apps on the TV (especially the Olympics!), an extra daybed, and four pillows with different levels of softness. Joseph was easy to reach before the trip and helped with a group discount. Holly welcomed us at the desk, and Jacob, the owner, arranged an early breakfast so our team could eat before the Section 1 Alpine Ski Championships @ Hunter. Those croissants are delicious. The hotel is handy for Windham ski mountain and nearby places to eat. The staff were friendly, knew their stuff, and paid attention to our stay. Our room was neat and clean, and the indoor pool and sauna were nice. Breakfast was included, with gluten free options like yogurt and cherrios. There was also a fancy coffee machine, a tea kettle, and a downstairs space to hang out when we wanted a change of scene.
