We were three hours from our destination when the blizzard stranded us, with roads closed and no rooms available within 30 miles. Two women, a kid, and a dog, and the staff still managed to find us a last-minute room and get it ready in record time. Everyone was so kind and jumped in to help, even though I don't think the GM was working. They kept us warm and safe, and made calls to check what options might be nearby. In the morning we got a good breakfast, our kid got to swim, and they let everyone check out late because of the weather. We were incredibly grateful. Thank you, Jackie, Elizabeth, and Kathryn!

The hot water pressure was the best part, really good pressure and nice and hot. Breakfast was also more than the usual cold continental spread: scrambled eggs, frittatas, home fries, biscuits and gravy, plus mini waffles you make fresh from the batter. There was yogurt, bagels, orange juice, apple juice, and a coffee station too. For a free breakfast, they did a nice job.

I realized we'd left a hoodie in the room after we got home. More than a week later, I called the front desk and they had it in lost and found. The staff mailed it back the very next day. Thanks!

We arrived late and just wanted to sleep, but the room was awful. There was a pee-stained mattress hidden under a sheet and a flimsy mattress protector, plus another moldy bath. They moved us to a supposedly nicer room, but that mattress had a covered-up pee stain too. In the first room, the towels and sheets were stained with blood, the shower was moldy, and the bathtub we'd paid for wasn't there. The longer I looked, the worse it got. We couldn't sleep there with our small child, and I couldn't believe a hotel could be in this condition. I've never seen anything like it.

I came with my adult children to visit my terminally ill sister in Storden MN. We didn't get to use the pool, bar, or workout area this time, but the people there were friendly and efficient. I'd stay here again.
