Bradley Inn

At 5:00am, I had to go out and find another hotel because the front desk clerk didn't know what to do and said the system was down. I was charged again for the new room, and they wouldn't refund me there. They said it could take 11 to 13 business days. The whole thing was a complete disaster and a waste of time.

The manager was rude when I asked for a refund and told me, “good luck with your money.” I still haven't received my $100 security deposit. That is a hundred dollars for a place full of bugs, with side doors left open so anyone could walk in. He also said they'd had a health inspection that day, which is hard to believe given the other complaints about bugs here. We checked out and left right away after finding bed bugs, cockroaches, used washcloths in the shower, and bedding that hadn't been changed. When I opened the cabinet with the fridge, more roaches and a swarm of bed bugs came out. There were roaches in the hallways too. Don't stay here.

The rooms are big, but there are bugs, dust, and mold everywhere. Housekeeping comes through, but they don't clean the whole room, and it's gross. It's almost as bad as Rodeway inn in East Windsor ct, a very close second.

The bed felt like it was made of river rocks, and the only thing on it was a top sheet with a hole, even with the AC running. I turned it on to keep the cockroaches away for a bit because they like heat. They were German cockroaches, with lots of tiny ones running around, including near the microwave as they scurried back to “the mothership.” I only stayed because nearby places were booked, and the person with me needed a bed even though I offered to sleep in my car. A roach ran toward me as soon as I opened the room door, and I saw them before even reaching the room. The outside looks abandoned, like the hotel isn't operating. Stay far away.
