Very clean, and they welcome dogs. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Having a full kitchen in the room is a big deal for me because I have Celiac and can't always eat out safely. We've stopped here several times on the way to and from family in Idaho, and it's been consistently great.

This is our favorite hotel on this route. The beds are super comfortable, and the rooms are clean, nicely updated, and pleasant. Tiana at the front desk was friendly, professional, and accommodating, and it was nice chatting with her. The coffee is fresh ground by the cup and delicious. There's plenty to buy at reasonable prices, including breakfast sandwiches, burritos, pizza, soup, ice cream, and snacks. Across the parking lot there's a cute little casino with a simple menu and great service. Tiana and the housekeeper working so hard on shift both deserve a shout-out. Well done, keep it up.

The room was clean, and the staff were super nice at check-in, but that's about all I liked. I paid $380 for a beat-up room that wasn't what I'd expect from a suite. The chairs had worn patches, loose strings, and dirty spots. The kitchen cabinets and dishwasher were scratched and dented, with paint missing. The mattress was hard as a rock. Definitely won't stay here again.

I only saw the two young mothers at the desk briefly, since we arrived late and left early, but I want to thank them. They were professional, courteous, and good at their jobs. They caught that USAA Perks had booked my room twice, fixed the mistake, and refunded the extra charge. They even slid the refund receipt under my door, so I didn't need to stop by. They did all that while caring for their small children, either in the back room or in their arms. To me, it says two things: childcare is too expensive and out of reach for many working families, and good help is hard to find. I applaud the hotel manager for keeping these capable, hardworking women on staff and letting them care for their little ones at work. More flexible arrangements like that are needed, especially with a good workforce.
