Brittany, the GM, managed to fit our team in during a packed tournament weekend after a few teams dropped out of our district tournament. We’d already booked a room block elsewhere because the other hotels were full, and we didn’t want to return to a different hotel we’d stayed at on Valentine’s Day weekend. Brittany was pleasant and easy to work with. I called the weekend before, and she got a group link set up quickly, making the arrangements simple and affordable. We switched from the other hotel and had everything booked within two days during tournament week. Check-in and checkout went smoothly. Our rooms were clean, breakfast was good, and we had a better stay than we expected at the hotel we’d originally booked. There was a mix-up when our team was mistaken for another group of kids running in the hallway and making noise. I spoke with Kim at the front desk, and we sorted it out without any issues. We try hard to keep the kids respectful and in bed at a reasonable time. I spoke with some of them about running in the halls, and Kim did too. Saturday night seemed hectic for her, as she appeared to be the only one working and was trying to be everywhere at once. It sounded like several guests complained, but Kim handled it and things settled down. We appreciate the effort to make room for our team and would stay again.

The front desk staff were all very helpful, and the continental breakfast was tidy, organized, and well stocked. We were given a free upgrade to a king suite, which worked really well for our family and was very comfortable.

Becca was super friendly and helpful when she arranged our walk-up reservation, and was available if we needed anything. The room was clean with no odors. Breakfast had hot food and plenty of choices, and the coffee was excellent for hotel coffee. Checkout was quick, and the hotel sits right off the road near the local college. The price wasn’t too bad, though a little higher than I expected for the November off-season.

The atmosphere is lovely, and the staff are friendly. The lobby and kitchen area feel clean and welcoming. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate are available around the clock, and there’s a small pub. The pool and hot tub area were clean. The workout room is small but adequate.
