Holiday Inn Express Winston-Salem Medical Center Area by IHG

We’ve stayed at this location twice now, and it hasn’t disappointed. The room was spacious and very clean, breakfast was included, and the hospital is only four minutes away, which made things easier on the day of my surgery. When we asked for a later checkout because my surgery was on checkout day, the friendly, helpful front desk clerk granted it without hesitation and also mentioned a medical rate for medical-related stays. We love Holiday Inn, and this location made the day more convenient.

I stayed three nights during the bad weather to cut down my commute to work at Baptist. The price was good for how nice the place was. I couldn’t have breakfast since it started after I left for work, but the coffee was good and available all day and night in the lobby. Check-in went smoothly, and the key worked everywhere I needed it to, which is a real plus these days. The room was fine, and they reliably made the beds and supplied linens every day. I’d recommend it and would stay again.

The beds and pillows were so comfortable, and the room was spotless and smelled fresh. Service was great the whole time. Breakfast was good too, but Swift really made it special. He was warm, kind, helpful, and fun to talk with, and kept everything running smoothly. Thanks, Swift, for making our stay even better.

The room was basic but fine, and the bed had just the right firmness. We also loved the freshly ground coffee. The location worked really well for our four-night stay, and breakfast was good across the three mornings we ate there. Mr. Swift was the highlight, though. He was upbeat, funny, and friendly, and had my husband and me smiling every morning. Given how many reviews mention him, he deserves a raise.
