Holiday Inn

Chrissy at the front desk made the whole process smooth and stress-free. She greeted me with a smile, patiently answered my questions, and made sure everything was taken care of. She was warm, professional, efficient, and personable. You can tell she cares about guests and takes pride in her work. Service like hers makes a real difference, and she's an asset to the team. Thank you, Chrissy, for going above and beyond and making my visit such a positive one.

My main concern is the smell in the rooms. In August, ours had a damp, musty odor, probably from the leaking AC. On my last visit, the room smelled like marijuana the entire weekend. It was so strong that I could smell it on my clothes after I left. They need to review or enforce their no-smoking policy. I love the location, especially how close it is to WF, and the front desk staff are always kind and welcoming, definitely top notch.

This was my third stay, and I'll definitely be back for a fourth. Everyone was great with my room each day, and I want to thank all the housekeeping staff. Tamara, sorry if I've got the spelling wrong, was fantastic. M.J, the bartender, was so welcoming and nice that I wanted to stay until she closed. She also makes a great Old Fashion. Jaleesa at the front desk was super nice and made me smile. Crissy was great too, super cool. Thanks, all of you. I'll see you again soon.

The room was spacious, but that's where the nice things ended. There were no vents in the bathroom, and paint was peeling from the tub. We kept seeing Ladybugs all over the room. By checkout, the place felt dirty, and I know we'll never stay here again. The hotel smelled of roach and bug spray as soon as we walked in, and the odor followed us throughout. The attendant who checked us in was nice, and Tamica, who checked us out and back in because we had two reservations, was very nice too. She offered us cookies, but we didn't take them because of the smell. I'm hoping the establishment dealt with the bedbug issue mentioned in an earlier guest review, because I really hope we weren't exposed while staying here. HILTON PLEASE DO BETTER! COME CHECK THIS LOCATION OUT FOR YOURSELVES! WOULD YOU STAY HERE? IS THIS HOW YOU WANT TO BE REPRESENTED!!
