The standout for me was the breakfast, easily the best free continental one I’ve had. There’s no pool, but the room quality and the general feel of the place make up for it. Staff were kind and attentive, and the manager with the suave suit and mustache was very professional. Kayla, the weekend bartender, was such a peach and added a personal, away-from-home touch. It’s about a 30-minute walk to downtown winter park, or an easy drive. Whole Foods is nearby, and there’s LA fitness and tons of restaurants around. I love this hotel and will be back!

Vanessa & Alexis made us feel welcome. Our room was spacious, spotless, safe, and well appointed, with a wonderfully comfortable king bed and pillows and total blackout curtains. The complimentary breakfast was a real plus: juices, coffee and tea, yogurt, scrambled or hard-boiled eggs, sandwiches, bacon, sausage, breads, pastries, and a waffle station. It’s a 30-minute walk to the quaint Winter Park Ave shopping and restaurants, with lots more dining and shopping just five minutes away. I’d definitely recommend it for a long weekend.

The breakfast was the standout for me: delicious, with eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, pancakes, waffles and toppings, cereal, fruit, juice, bagels, croissants, and coffee flavors. I’m sure I’m forgetting a few things. The staff were also super friendly and helpful. This was my first time at the Springfield suites by Marriott in Winter Park. It’s a little tucked away, though GPS made it easy to find. My room was in excellent shape and had the amenities I’d expect in a luxury suite, apart from a pool. I especially liked the separate work area, divided from the sleeping space by a triple glass partition, and the roughly 10 USB ports meant I didn’t need to bring a multiport charging cube. My window looked toward a parking garage across the way, so the view wasn’t great. There are several restaurants, shops, and convenience stores within walking distance, though. I’d recommend it to anyone after a quality hotel who doesn’t mind going without a pool or a view.

I’d stay here again. The room was clean, roomy, and had everything I needed. I also felt safe, liked the updated modern look, and was surprised to find a closet in a hotel room for the first time. There’s a small marketplace, and the breakfast buffet is a nice bonus. Lots of retail and restaurants nearby too. There was an extra parking fee while construction was going on during my stay, though extra parking was available in back. I had one small issue, but management was very helpful when I spoke with them. The staff were professional and helpful throughout.

The room was spacious and had a closet, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. Breakfast had lots of options, and the staff were very friendly. I’d planned to eat at the bar, but apparently the menu is only appetizers, and they cook at the Hilton. The part that annoyed me was paying for parking when construction made the lot too small and I had to park down the street. In that situation, they shouldn’t charge. Also, avoid a room facing the main road if noise bothers you, it was very loud. For me, the location wasn’t worth the extra I paid.
