Timber Run Vista 2 - Studio Room Condo

The shuttle was really handy, and the drivers were friendly. The condo itself was nice, with a good ski locker and a new kitchen stocked with what we needed. We couldn’t get towels even after calling building management and the other management companies several times. The hot tub was lukewarm, but at least it was there.

The view was great, but we won’t be back. Our first condo had no heat in the main bathroom, living room, or second bedroom. They fixed it, but then that bedroom’s thermostat stopped working, leaving it either cold or blasting heat. There was also a wet patch on the floor that smelled like beer and never dried, and the shampoos and lotions had already been used during Covid. Worst of all, the hot water lasted about two minutes. I couldn’t take a hot shower or even fill the tub with warm water for my kids. My husband spoke to the office a few times and felt they didn’t care. When we both went in, another staff member seemed concerned and was incredibly helpful. She moved us to a different condo, which was a hassle with two small kids, but the second place was much better. One of its soaps had been used too. I can understand one being missed once in a while, but both condos had used soap. That’s gross at any time, and especially during Covid.

Restaurants and the bus stop are an easy walk from this cozy place. Nice spot to stay.

They moved us to another unit after a couple of days of trying to make the first one usable. When we arrived, there was booze on the floor, blood on a wall, heat wasn’t working in half the unit, and the hot water ran out after about two minutes.
