Winter Park Chateau

The hot tub and shared areas with a bar made the trip especially enjoyable, and there was plenty of room to socialize. Chateau is also close to the free shuttle for the ski resort and other amenities, with lots of things within walking distance. I only saw our room, so I gave the rooms a 4, but ours was perfect for us. It had a fireplace and its own entrance for easy access. I get the sense other guests can find a space that suits them too. Highly recommend.

The shared space was fantastic, and having food from a private chef added a lot to the bar and the overall feel. Everyone on staff was friendly, engaging, and helpful, and our room was beautiful. We loved our stay and will definitely be back. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This was our second year at Winter Park Chateau, and we’ll be back again. It feels like being welcomed into a big family home, with every room having its own character. John, Kylee, their kids, and their sweet pup, Scout, are a lot of fun to talk with and hang out with in the Den and bar area. The location is perfect.

We stayed in the Bison room with its tall ceiling, a large bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with an island, and living room. There’s lots of space, it was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The windows have a pretty good view, though construction on the neighboring building will cut that view in half soon. My dog loved the place and was welcome throughout the building. It felt like home, with a thermostat, cupboards, bunk bed if needed, lamps, ceiling fan, coat racks, a great fridge and freezer, stove, microwave, and two coffee makers. Downtown Winter Park is an easy short walk away. This setup seems great for a big family, with everyone in their own private room or home and meals together in the common area and bar. Now my dog, roommate, and I are going to relaX and enjoy it all.
