Cobblestone Inn & Suites - Winters

I only pulled into the Cobblestone Inn and Suites parking lot for about ten minutes while my mom had a cigarette on our road trip, so I can’t speak to staying there. It looked fairly new from outside, clean, and well maintained, and made a good first impression. One person in the lot seemed a bit odd, but I didn’t feel unsafe or uncomfortable. For a quick stop, it was a good experience, and the hotel looks like a solid choice if you need a room nearby.

We came to town for a family funeral and found a real oasis at CobbleStone. The hotel was very quiet, and our room was exceptionally clean and smelled great. The staff were very polite and friendly, and the way they treated us during our two-day stay was wonderful. The whole place was nice and clean, and it smelled so good. I’d love to know what that scent is!

I stopped here for a night on Sunday while heading somewhere, then stayed another night on Friday on the way back. Both visits were wonderful. The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff were friendly, and I had no problems. I’d stay again whenever I’m passing through Winters and need a stop.

Breakfast was a standard continental spread with a couple of hot pans, sausage, fresh eggs, potatoes, and waffle makers. The waffles and sausage were especially good. There’s also free coffee, juice, milk, and cereal in the lobby around the clock. I was just passing through this little town. I was told the hotel had been built a year ago, and it certainly feels new, from the clean building to the beds, big TVs, fridges, and ice makers. Definitely recommend it for a visit or a stopover.
