We got in late, and the front desk was very accommodating. The room was clean, and the view from it was amazing. It was a peaceful stay, with all the shops along Winthrop’s Main Street within walking distance. Highly recommend!

I decided on the spur of the moment to stay in a hotel instead of camping during my fall photography trip, and I’m glad I chose this place. The room was easy to get to, parking was convenient, and the view from the room was as pretty as the one I saw on my walk along the river. The rooms have a rustic feel and the basic necessities for a pleasant stay. Check-out was simple, and you’ve earned a repeat customer. Thanks 👍🏻

The check-in was quick, and we were warmly shown where everything was on the property. But the best part was seeing our room: it was clean, smelled nice, and looked great. The view was spectacular.

The rooms are comfortable and cozy, but what I loved most was hearing the river right there and looking out over the Confluence. All the town’s attractions are an easy walk away, too.

The Rio Vista Hotel was a comfortable and convenient choice in a good location, just what mattered to us when picking a place. Having a bakery next door was a lovely bonus. A delicious cinnamon roll and hot Latte made the stay feel perfect.
