We had a group booking from February 9th to February 13th and had told Best Western Ambassador Inn & Suites that we planned to add two more days. While my employees were working, hotel staff entered the occupied rooms without warning, took our belongings, and left them outside. There were personal items and cash in the rooms, and some of the cash was missing when we returned. That raised serious concerns about the security and handling of our property. The hotel also charged my credit card for the extra two days, despite us no longer having access to the rooms. The front desk manager, Angel Wirts, was involved. We felt disrespected and unfairly treated by the unprofessional way this was handled. We are taking the appropriate legal steps and will ask the proper authorities to conduct a formal investigation. Guest privacy, safety, and trust should matter, but our trust was compromised. Our experience was extremely negative.

We were unsure about the price, but the front desk staff were so sweet and helpful. They went out of their way to find a place where our dancers could practice. The rooms were clean, and breakfast was impressive. There’s a Denny’s next door, too. We had a great stay and will definitely come back when we travel to the Dells.

The hot tub and pool were gross, with black goo floating around and tons of hair. We got out and showered instead. There was loud, constant thumping all night and into the morning, the temperature kept changing drastically, and the fire alarm went off for much of the morning. I hated it so much that I canceled my second night and went home. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

We checked in at 9 pm, and there wasn’t anyone else around, but the check-in itself went smoothly. The room was clean and orderly. The fridge and TV worked great, and the king bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The staff were nice, and the shower was good. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the pool, hot tub, and elevator were all nice to have. The breakfast was hot, with eggs, sausage, salt, and the other usual things. My wife was impressed, so that’s her stamp of approval. It’s a very clean place with a great location, above average overall.
