Cobblestone Hotel & Suties - Wisconsin Rapids

The mattresses are clearly very old, and you can feel the springs, but I understand that updating them could raise room prices beyond what I can afford. The rooms are very clean, the location is good, and the service was excellent when I stayed. This was my second time renting a room here within three years, and I’ll definitely return.

I used the pool ALOT, maybe 5 times or more a day, and the water was always a good temperature, neither too hot nor too cold. There was some fuzz and sand in it, but otherwise it was really nice. The hot tub used to be there, but it’s been filled with cement and is gone now. My room was nice too, with a comfy bed, a great shower, and a desk where I could set up my gaming PC. The hotel was quiet when I arrived, and everyone was nice. The staff were really kind when the key card door wasn’t working, and they always let me in. They even got to know what I wanted when I came up after swimming so much. The room attendants were kind too. I felt bad asking them to do much, so I just asked for a trash bag and handed over my trash. Everything else was nice, and breakfast was free and very good. My only other complaint was the Wi-Fi: it was public for some reason, and although I was given a password, there wasn’t one.

The one downside was the front desk woman who had just been outside smoking. She smelled strongly of cigarettes, and so did the whole area around her when I came to check in. Apart from that, we enjoyed our stay and would return. The staff were VERY friendly, and our room and the entry area were very clean. The central location made it easy to get to all the events we needed to attend. Breakfast was included, with a cute, well-equipped coffee station. I liked that the senior staff gave some employees the extra uneaten food instead of throwing it away when breakfast service ended. The team seemed to appreciate it, and it was much better than putting it in the garbage. We also got an additional 15% off with a SAME DAY reservation. Thank you!

We often stay at Cobblestone, Wisconsin Rapids. We were there for a family funeral this time, and Jessica the GM went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable and stay longer than usual. We can’t say enough good things about Jessica. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
