The food service was a mess. We ordered soup and wings, waited around, and eventually spotted our takeout sitting in the window for about seven minutes. When we finally got it to the room, it was the wrong order. Check-in was five stars, though, and the guy was fun and easy to talk to. The bartenders and cocktail servers were also on point, another five stars. I was disappointed that 3 card wasn’t open, so I was stuck with slots.

The game selection has a nice mix of modern and vintage, and the layout makes the place easy to walk around. Staff knowledge and quality varied depending on who was working and when. There weren’t enough ATMs or ticket redemption machines, and the spacing wasn’t great either, which led to really long lines. Pretty solid otherwise.

They’re in the middle of an upgrade right now. After just one visit, I got $40 in bonus plays and weekly free gifts, plus free rooms depending on the day I play. Customer service was great. The food at Embers is basic but enjoyable, and the omelet station at the breakfast buffet is a nice touch.

I love to eat, so it was really disappointing to find this was the worst buffet I’ve ever tried. The crab looked discolored, and they only gave you two pieces at a time. The mashed potatoes and rice both tasted like they came from a box. Even the desserts seemed like they’d been sitting in our fridge for days before the buffet. The whole thing was garbage.
