Willows Lodge

For a quiet early Valentine’s getaway, the hot tub was the best part of our stay. My boyfriend and I are both introverts, so going the weekend before the holiday to avoid crowds worked out perfectly. The room was beautiful, and the whole place offered the peace and comfortable luxury we wanted. I first came to Willows Lodge for my niece’s birthday, treating her to facials. The spa staff made her feel so special, and the experience was incredible. We enjoyed ourselves so much that I wanted to come back. We’ll definitely return.

We had a peaceful Valentine’s weekend, with a lovely outdoor hot tub and comfortable beds. The room also had a fireplace, terrace, and a huge bathtub. Room service was impeccable, especially the salmon, and Barking Frog’s huckleberry beignets were fantastic. There are plenty of wineries nearby, too. We’ll be back.

We’ve stayed here four times, and this visit felt less welcoming. At check-in they said we’d been upgraded to a larger, nicer suite, but the room didn’t seem to match that description. It left me feeling like they assumed we were first timers and thought they could say anything. The restaurants and facilities are great, and it’s still the best place to stay for a concert or nearby restaurants, but the interaction put us off. The pillows are also very hard. People shouldn’t be treated differently because they’re dressed casually.

Jenn made a thoughtful gesture in the final two weeks before the wedding, when a patio opened up. She graciously upgraded the couple to that space, giving them the best possible setting and making the celebration feel extra special and beautifully put together. Throughout the planning, the venue was incredibly flexible. When my client changed her mind about having a large wedding, we could scale down from a full event to a micro-wedding and still use the deposits and minimums already in place. The team worked with us at every step so the smaller celebration still felt intentional and elevated.
