The freeway location was convenient, but the room could have been cleaned much more thoroughly. The bathroom walls and doors were disgustingly dirty. The beds were okay, and there were no bugs. I checked out early on 10/18/25 after staying on 10/17/25, then realized the next day, 10/19/25, that I’d left my hair curler behind. The front office associate checked the room and said it wasn’t there. I pointed out that I’d already checked out, so of course it wouldn’t be there now, and asked whether housekeeping turns in items people leave or keeps them. He said they turn them in, then told me to call on 10/20/25 when the same housekeeper was in to see if she’d turned it in. I doubt she’ll be honest. It was my fault for rushing out, but some human decency would’ve been appreciated. A huge letdown.

The hotel is older but clean and sufficient. Breakfast was a disappointment. They serve waffles, muffins, yogurt, and juice, but there was no waffle mix and no spoons for the yogurt, so I had to go next door for breakfast.
4/10
The best thing about this hotel was the customer service. Everyone I dealt with was fantastic, from the front desk and breakfast staff to housekeeping. They were all friendly.
2/10
I didn’t stay because the manager made me feel unsafe by the way he reacted and spoke to me on the phone. I’d strongly advise women to stay somewhere else rather than deal with a male manager who speaks to a woman like that. I’ve already disputed the charges.
2/10
I tried to check in with my small dog, but the desk clerk refused me. The person was extremely rude, and the hotel kept my money without giving me a refund. Embarrassing experience. I’ll never stay at a Quality Inn.
