Jose made our New Year’s Eve check-in so welcoming. He checked us in with my boyfriend and was kind, professional, and gave genuinely exceptional service. Promote him! The room was spotless, the location was great, and I liked the amenities. We’ll definitely come back. Jose’s cozy, home-like hospitality made the stay even better.

The night before my wedding turned into a really upsetting mess. I’d booked a suite months ahead so there’d be room for my makeup and hairstylist, but a couple weeks before the wedding I found the reservation had been switched to a double room without telling me. A receptionist changed it back and said he didn’t know why it had been changed. I checked in online on the day and got a digital key for the right room, but when I arrived, my sister and bridesmaids had already been put in a different, too-small room, and my key had been updated to match it. The front desk did nothing to help and wouldn’t contact the manager who had changed the booking. We had to find another hotel with a suite at the last minute, which was chaotic and very expensive. I was up late the night before my wedding, shocked and upset by how unprofessional it all was. Afterwards we contacted Hilton, but they wouldn’t even honor the original suite price for the replacement suite we had to book at another Hilton location. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

We stayed here after seeing a show in New Hope, mainly because the price worked for us. The parking lots were well lit and we felt safe. Inside, the rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the staff friendly. Breakfast was good, especially the waffles, with plenty of tables and staff keeping the food stocked and helping when needed. Coffee and tea are available around the clock, and the pots get refilled every 4 hours.

The hotel itself was great, with a good location and amazing breakfast choices. What upset me was the excessive cleaning fee after staying with my kids. The room needed sweeping and vacuuming, which needed doing anyway, and I put the lap tables and wheeled cubes away in the closet because they were a safety hazard for my 2 and 3 year old. That doesn’t seem worth such a high fee. I was really sad to see it on my final statement.
