La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Woodward

La Quinta By Wyndham in Woodward isn’t a bad hotel itself, but the staff and customer service were horrible and abusive. I stayed one night and got charged for two. Be careful with that.

Breakfast was cold, and the juice they served had expired. We also went without room cleaning for the whole stay, with no fresh towels or trash pickup. The tub was brown-stained, with white flakes peeling off it. For the regular rates they charge, that was completely unacceptable. When we arrived for the holidays, the front desk said I had three separate reservations, even though I’d only booked once, and sorting that out took time and was frustrating. I’d called ahead because the pool is a big reason we choose hotels for the kids, and they said it was open and fully operational. But it was ice cold when we tried to swim, so the kids wouldn’t even get in. My family and I were very disappointed with our stay at La Quinta in Woodward, OK. We’ll spend our money elsewhere next time, and I hope management fixes these issues for future guests.

Kimberly greeted us with so much enthusiasm and made sure we had what we needed for the night, including a bed for my baby. She was thoughtful and clearly wanted our stay to be more enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious, and all the staff we met were very nice.

This was the nicest, cleanest La Quinta we’ve stayed at. The staff were amazing, and the lady was kind and helped us find places to eat. There was plenty of soap and towels, so we didn’t need to ask for more. Breakfast was good too. The milk was starting to go bad, but she replaced it and brought my mom a fresh cup.
