They couldn't accommodate us because the hotel was overbooked. They called another hotel they own, but that one was full too. All they offered was a refund, with no fix or compensation for their mistake.

The rooms were filthy and had bugs, and it was noisy day and night. A kid who apparently lives here sat in a minivan at 2 a.m. blasting music, and management did nothing. This place is TERRIBLE, and management is TERRIBLE too. It seems more suited to criminals and people who've been evicted and can't qualify for apartments. Save your money and stay somewhere else if you want to sleep or relax.

There were bugs everywhere, including a roach, and the sheets smelled awful and were dirty. The shower had a large crack and a hole into the floor, with no screen over the drain, and used bars of soap left inside. The fridge and freezer were dirty too. In the bathroom, the toilet seat had human feces on it, and used toilet paper rolls had needle marks with blood on the side. I didn't use the bathroom. When I told the office, they handed me a rag to clean it myself. The whole room smelled of crack drug paraphernalia when I arrived. I left the windows and door open for hours, but the smell stayed. This family owns two motels, and neither is clean. They're rude, never at the office, and don't answer the phone. Please don't waste your money or risk getting sick. I wish I could give zero stars.

Such a quiet, cozy spot. I absolutely love it here.
