I was meant to stay a week, but left after the first night and found somewhere else. The room needed a serious cleaning. There was dirt or mud on one bed, like someone had already slept there, stains on both the mattress and box spring, food in the fridge, and what looked like a washcloth or rag tucked under the mattress, possibly used by a guy to clean up after himself. I only stayed because it was late and there were no other options. Horrible, I’d give it zero stars.

The location was great, and there was hardly any road noise. I stayed in November and found the room basic, clean, and affordable. The front desk was friendly and accommodating even though I made the reservation on short notice.

Everything nearby was booked, so I’m glad I gave this place a chance despite the bad reviews. It was late at night, and the clerk drove to the office and was really friendly. I only remember that she has family in Manteca. The price and cleanliness impressed me. I’d recommend staying here. I was there 6/12/24.

The staff are really friendly and helpful. Still, the rooms feel a bit expensive, and if your room is last on the line, hot water takes a while to reach the tap. At what you pay, they should provide breakfast and an ice machine.
