02/21/2020 We all want to come back with our family and plan another girls weekend. This is by far one of the nicest places to stay on Wrightsville Beach: beautifully decorated, comfy beds, super clean, and an easy, close walk to the beach. 12/26/2019 An incredible condo in the perfect location, clean and with a fully stocked kitchen and home. 12/12/2019 We came to the Wilmington area for my daughter's graduation from UNCW. Sea Scape Properties was fantastic. The rental was brand new, and I think we were the first tenants. The high-end furniture, finishes and décor made the unit comfortable, beautiful and well appointed. The owners clearly take pride in giving guests a great experience. You're literally steps from the beach with a partial ocean view. It was really cool that beach gear was provided, including a paddle board, chairs, umbrella, cooler and toys. Too bad we were there in the off season! My one small suggestion is to add a non-stick skillet. The stainless cookware was very nice, but a non-stick option would be appreciated. There was no hair dryer in the unit, but Sea Scape sent an employee to buy one and deliver it within minutes. They're terrific. I highly recommend the property. Thanks to everyone!
