The pool area was the real highlight for us: sparkling clean and heated, with an adorable hot tub. We also loved sitting by the fire pits when we got back at night. At check-in we were welcomed warmly and offered complimentary Prosecco, a lovely touch. Our room was ready early, so we got to check in and enjoy the pool. The room was comfortable and clean. Prices were reasonable, there was plenty of nearby free parking, and restaurants were close. We had an outstanding stay and will definitely be back.

The bed was unbelievably comfortable. During our five days there, I slept like a baby, sinking into it like it was cuddling me. The room was clean, put together, and very big, with AC, good heat, and extra door locks that made us feel safe. The property is beautiful and well maintained, and doesn't feel like a motel at all. It's in the middle of Cape Cod, so getting to the surrounding areas is easy. I saw staff cleaning the outdoor areas several times a day, and the heated pool and hot tub were both very clean. Everyone my wife and I met on staff was polite and so nice. They really went above and beyond to make our stay a lovely experience.

We only stayed one night, but this is already one of our favorite places. It has that vintage, old school motor lodge feel, beautifully rehabbed. The rooms were incredibly clean and the bed was super comfy. The pool area is unique and gorgeous, and the fire pits were just what we wanted on cooler nights. We'd highly recommend it and will definitely return.

We booked after seeing the photos and hearing the pool bar would be open for Memorial weekend, with live music. The website said the pool bar opened May 15th, and when we called ahead they confirmed it. But everything was closed and the place felt dead. The room looked good overall, though it wasn't especially clean, and we spotted one or two dead bugs here and there. Disappointed.
