I was very unhappy with the response about Case No. 11042473. The problem wasn't that the hotel wouldn't upgrade my king room to a hot tub suite for free. It was that they didn't honor the terms of my third-party booking. On top of that, staff used inappropriate language and acted unprofessionally when we spoke. I expect the matter to be investigated properly and want to hear how it will be resolved. The service was unacceptable. This is how the owner treats customers.

Those headboards above the two queen beds made the room feel like a fanciful, peaceful forest. I was half imagining Little Red Robin hood wandering into the bears' home. The first bed made too much noise when I moved, and the second shifted around too much as I tossed and turned. It was a brief night, but I did get some sleep. Breakfast smelled amazing!

We came for the Penn State outside hockey game, and I was wrong to be wary of staying at a Super 8 motel. The place was clean and had modern updates, and the free breakfast was great. Highly recommended. I'll keep it high on my list for visits to State College. The Dierdorffs

A nice little hotel, with recently updated rooms. I liked the bottle of hand soap by the sink and the bath products in the shower. A great way to use resources well.

We made a last-minute trip from Florida after a death in the family and weren't expecting much. My wife and I were really pleased and impressed with this hotel. I can't think of anything bad to say about it, and we'd definitely stay here again.
