I’m in Hilton hotels more than 150 nights a year and hardly ever write reviews, but lately Diamond members seem to get no recognition. At this location, the desk clerk was dismissive while I was trying to get help. I’d understand if she were busy with other guests, but she wasn’t helping anyone else either. I’d already checked in on the app, so it struck me as odd when she asked for my ID after I requested my waters.

The breakfast was the usual Hampton spread, and it was good. The area was clean, too. Rooms have been updated, and the hotel is tucked away in a quiet spot. There isn’t much you can walk to, though there are still plenty of places nearby. A great option when you’re in the area.

Mayra really stood out for her customer service and deserves recognition. The front desk helped me with everything I needed to feel comfortable, and there were lots of towels and washcloths in the bathroom. My room was spotless when I arrived and smelled clean as well. I’d stay here again on my next visit to the area. Thanks, Mayra!

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! This was my second stay, and the staff made me feel welcome again. I paid more to stay here, and I’d happily pay extra for such good customer service. The front desk was respectful and pleasant, even when I had a mix-up and a rough night. It felt like everyone was welcome.

I travel for work a lot, and this is my usual place when I’m nearby. The staff are polite and accommodating, and the location is convenient. I can check in and out on the app and use a digital key. I rarely have time for breakfast, so I really appreciate the ready-to-go bags. I’d definitely recommend it.
