What made the stay for me was the front desk service. Luisa was respectful, smiled, and quickly helped with what I needed. The conditioner bottle in the shower actually contained shampoo, so I washed my hair with shampoo twice and it got really wiry. I mentioned the mix-up, and Luisa at the desk fixed it right away by giving me conditioner. The hotel is clean, the breakfast is typical, and there are restaurants, a Cinema Theater, and shops within walking distance. Highly recommend.

We’re staying here while repairs are being done at our house, and Chris and his team have been wonderful over the past week and a half. The cleaning staff have been right on top of whatever we need. A special thanks to Nancy for being so kind and welcoming. My kids and I chat with her every morning before school. The location is great, with lots of attractions nearby.

We won’t be staying here again. On checkout, the desk employee just said “ok” when we handed in our keys and carried on talking to a coworker. If he’d asked how the stay was, we would have told him about the problems instead of leaving a review. The shower floor was filthy, sink pressure was very low, and the HVAC kept starting and stopping every few minutes with a noise like a loaded logging truck downshifting. I couldn’t get it to stay off. During a snowstorm, the shuttle van was parked in the middle of the portico. My wife asked the driver to move it so I could bring our vehicle near the door, and he said no, claiming another guest’s car would have to move. He wasn’t loading or unloading anyone. We’d stayed here several times over the past few years and been satisfied, but this last trip was a different story.

Chris and Nancy made this feel like a home away from home. Chris manages the front desk and is so hospitable, any hour of the day or night. He’ll take care of whatever you need. Nancy is a little pocket of sunshine, and I loved the hospitality from both of them. I’m here once or twice a month and hadn’t had favorite staff until today. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, and I never have complaints. A 10 out of 10 stay. If you book, I hope you run into Chris or Nancy. They deserve a raise!
