Maison Fleurie, A Four Sisters Inn

A shabby room, a broken tub, and noise from the businesses next door kept us up all night. There’s no car charging or reserved parking, and the charges were embarrassing for what we got. We couldn’t check in because the only staff member was “out to lunch” for an hour, and nobody else could even look after our bags. There’s no evening staff, so we couldn’t get a toothbrush at 9 pm. They give guests a number to call, but it just wastes your time because no one is there. This feels like a cheap-quality Hotel 6 claiming to be four-star. Don’t waste your money or fall for this tourist trap. I was embarrassed to bring my family here.

Besides this issue, the place was nice, but I can’t give it more stars after what happened. I left a really nice, expensive shirt in the room and never got a call or any message about it. I confirmed on my end that it was left there, then called many times trying to get it back. Nobody followed up or got back to me. I’m certain a staff member wrongfully took it. I hate leaving a bad review, but at this point I don’t see another choice.

The hotel chef really impressed us. We looked forward to breakfast every morning, and the wine tasting hour, breakfast, pool, and jacuzzi were all 10/10. My husband and I stayed three nights and had the best time. The customer service team was caring and generous, and left us with a wonderful impression. The place felt like stepping into a French vintage-style home with a touch of luxury. What a gorgeous gem. We’ll certainly be back!

The on-site chef was a happy surprise, and breakfast was great every morning. The rooms and grounds were kept in excellent shape, and the location was phenomenal. We had a wonderful honeymoon stay, with staff going above and beyond. Carlos especially made it even better. We’ll definitely return.
