Fairfield Inn & Suites Ann Arbor Ypsilanti

The location is perfect, and we felt very safe. Breakfast was actually pretty good, too. Housekeeping was fabulous, and the front desk staff and night manager were all so nice, friendly, and helpful. We stayed over Christmas and will definitely book here again.

Jeff, the manager, treats guests and staff with a lot of respect and kindness. The coffee and breakfast are fresh and hot every morning, and the staff are great. It’s a very clean Marriot property with everything you need, close to places like BDubs, McD's, Kroger and more. Definitely recommend it.

The first room had wet carpet and an A/C that didn’t work. The only alternatives they offered were first-floor rooms right beside the parking lot. One had a broken door handle, and the deadbolt on the other wouldn’t latch. The walls are thin, there was no coffee at breakfast, and Ubers don’t want to pick up in the area. Customer service was terrible. The staff were rude and wouldn’t accommodate me. If you insist on staying in this area, there’s a Hampton Inn next door, and there’s a reason it books up first.

Gena was amazingly helpful and got our group reservation sorted out despite the problems with the new booking system. She made sure everyone was taken care of. Thanks, Gena, for going above and beyond!
