The room was huge and the location is great, close to old town, but the noise from rooms on both sides was obnoxious. The walls are so thin you can literally hear the neighbors fart. Don't expect a good night's sleep. Service was just okay, typical hotel service. We're very disappointed, won't stay here again, and definitely wouldn't recommend it.

This is the place to stay if you have business downtown or anywhere in Yuma. Restaurants and bars downtown are all within walking distance, so you can go out and have fun, then walk back to your room.

I asked politely to use the bathroom because it was an emergency, but they refused and were really rude about it. It felt like I was asking for too much. Awful customer service. I wouldn’t stay here.

The rooms are roomy and clean, and the front desk employees were great. Oldtown is right across the street, with a lovely little area to explore. I’d stay here every time.
