We had our own towels, so we didn't raise it when none were in the room on arrival. Then at checkout we were billed for six towels that had never been there. Is there no inventory check? Unacceptable.

The tents are spaced out nicely, and the peaceful setting is a big part of why I keep coming back. I think my first visit was in '97, and we've gone every year since. The staff are friendly, the service is excellent, and it feels secure.

The cabins are cozy and have everything, including a microwave and fridge, and the place itself is beautiful, surrounded by nature. It does need maintenance and feels a little neglected, though. The air needs better ventilation because it smelled of mold. Being close to nature also means spiders and other little creatures, so bring repellent.
