Watching the parade from right outside the hotel was fantastic. We were there for Carnival with friends, and the whole hotel team was so kind and helpful. We enjoyed the pool and breakfast too. Thank you!

The dining room needs more tables to avoid a wait, and the pool should be heated, especially since many older people stay here. Parking could also be better during Carnival, perhaps with two blocks reserved and a valet. We went for Carnival with my husband, and on our first visit I felt right at home. The place was very clean and the service was spectacular. Thanks for your hospitality. I'll be back.
