We ended up checking out early and finding somewhere else, after booking two rooms that were both a complete disaster. Right when we arrived, the door in one room came off its hinges. The other room was wheelchair-accessible, which we hadn't booked, and in terrible shape: no furniture, a broken toilet that wouldn't flush, a shower that flooded the bathroom floor, and dirty bed linen. At reception, they said the hotel was full and couldn't move us. Nobody on staff spoke English, so we couldn't communicate our serious concerns. This was the worst hotel experience of my life. It felt completely unprofessional and unsafe. Avoid this place at all costs.

Pablo was exceptionally courteous and attentive, and we'll be back. The rooms have very comfortable beds, and hygiene was well maintained throughout, including in the pool and whirlpool. Breakfast was fresh, and the whole place felt comfortable and extremely pleasant.

The staff treated us like family, and the service was amazing. The beautiful location is close to the beach, with plenty to do and excellent food. We loved staying here. I'll recommend it to everyone we know, and we'll definitely return!
