Las Martinas

The pool is a good size, but it was full of dead insects throughout our three-day stay, and upkeep was almost nonexistent. The natural setting suggests it should be peaceful, yet the cabins are tiny, dark, and cramped, with old, poorly kept furniture and extremely uncomfortable beds. The bathroom sink leaks, many tiles are broken, and there's no sink other than that one. Even the only trash can is in the bathroom. The grills are far from the cabins and there are no tables. They provide plenty of loungers, which is a joke when there's only one. The photos are nothing like the reality. I don't recommend it and wouldn't return.

The surroundings and the place itself were WONDERFUL during my stay. I know people have different opinions, but everything worked for us: the pool was super clean and running, and we jumped in as soon as we arrived. The air conditioning worked, and everything was clean, tidy, and in good condition. The rooms are small but comfortable. There were four adults and my one-year-old daughter with us, and we were comfortable. Nothing bad to say. I'll be back often. Everything was perfect!

Terrible!!!!! It was 31© in our room, and neither the air conditioning nor the fan worked when we arrived. They moved us, but a pipe had just been repaired in that room and they were cleaning it, so the bathroom was unusable for two hours. There were cockroaches everywhere, the outlets didn't work, we lost electricity at night, and the TV was broken. The person in charge seemed to be in a fantasy world. When we complained to the owner, she said all of this had just happened. Clearly, maintenance was lacking. The photos don't match reality. I don't recommend it.

The place has potential, but it’s run down. During our stay an electrical fault nearly caused a fire, and the power was out for hours. The water supply was also a problem, and the cisterns weren’t working. The locals were unfriendly and kept a close eye on us. If you bring pets, keep them leashed because dogs and other animals roam around the property. We also had rats, lizards, and owls sharing the grounds with us. Horrible.
