You can walk straight onto the beach from this lovely location, and they provide chairs, towels, and an umbrella. The rooms, especially the bathroom, aren’t worth it. The water barely comes out and is almost cold, and the shower curtain is too short, so water splashes out. Breakfast was acceptable, but the furniture is quite worn. The pool pump was broken, and it was too chilly for us to swim on those two days. As a business owner, I’d have expected at least an offer of an extra half-day, even though we couldn’t have stayed anyway. A simple gesture can really change how a customer feels about these inconveniences.

Ana at reception deserves a standing ovation, she’s the best! I wish she could be my new best friend. Whatever comes up, you can count on her for help and information. The dining room staff are sweet, kind, and attentive, and everyone at the hotel treated us wonderfully. The rooms were clean, with spotless sheets and towels and comfortable mattresses. The hotel is right on the beach, with direct access, and it’s seven minutes from the center. The place itself needs attention. It’s outdated and could use maintenance and remodeling. We weren’t happy with breakfast, mainly the quality. The watermelon was fine, but the other fruit was a bit overripe, and there wasn’t much variety. The cereal, rice cakes, and some bread seemed old or damp, and the coffee tasted burnt. It would be nice to have scrambled eggs and a little more choice. There’s no gluten-free option. The pool is a bit small for the number of guests.
