We loved watching the sunset from the rooftop, and the breakfast was one of the best we've had at a hotel. Our room was spacious and adorable, and the staff were warm and really helpful. The hot tub was closed while we were there, unfortunately, but everything else was great. There are lots of good restaurants and sights within walking distance. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Montevideo.

The room was based on a Uruguayan painter, and we loved it. The bed was a great size and comfortable, the shower was excellent, and the rooftop view was lovely. Staff were very kind and gave us useful local restaurant suggestions. Breakfast was good too. Wifi in the room was a bit unreliable, which makes sense with the thick walls in this historic building, but we enjoyed using the internet in the second-floor library. It's a beautiful themed boutique hotel in the old town, not too far from the ferry. Thank you!

The included breakfast was so tasty and generous that I'll miss it. The staff are few, but every person went out of their way to help with whatever we needed, and the service was impeccable. It's an older building, very well kept, with a few minor plumbing issues. The area looked a little sketchy at first, but we didn't have any trouble. The hotel is near museums, coffee shops, restaurants and shops, and the front door stays locked. I'd love to come back.

We really enjoyed our visit. The staff were wonderfully helpful and the price was very fair. It's a small boutique place in a handy location for exploring the old town and the port market.

The room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, and even seemed keen to help us practice our Spanish. Shops, restaurants and the Buquebus ferry Port of Montevideo are all an easy walk away. A great place to stay.
