The staff were helpful, and the location is decent, but I wouldn't stay again or recommend it. My room was dusty, even though the towels and bed seemed clean. I dusted it myself when I arrived. I also had trouble getting hot water. Walking in through the front door, you can smell chlorine because the hot tub is in the breakfast room, right next to the lobby. It's a very odd arrangement.

A nice, decent hotel, with experienced, well-trained staff. The swimming pool and the other facilities are second to none.

The location was the one redeeming feature. Reception staff were friendly, and breakfast was quite good, but it was exactly the same each day with no rotation. I wouldn't return or recommend it. The value for money isn't good, and the room needed serious attention. There was an unbearable smell in the bathroom when we arrived, only partly dealt with. The window wouldn't shut all the way, the blind didn't come fully down, and we had to ask for the door lock to be adjusted because it wasn't secure. Cleanliness was terrible. The bathroom either hadn't been cleaned or had only been given a superficial clean. After we complained, they made a bit more effort.
