I've already been to Alive Health Spa five times, and the food is a big part of why I keep coming back. The meals were fresh, colorful, nicely presented, and tasty without feeling heavy. I liked knowing they were made with nutrition in mind, too. The treatments were another highlight. I tried the Deep Tissue Massage and several other massages in the same week, and some were among the best I've had. The products left my skin glowing, and my muscles felt completely relaxed. Staff were welcoming and professional, and the therapists paid attention to what I needed. The thermal circuit was clean and had plenty to explore, from the heated pool to the dry and wet saunas and quiet rest areas. I spent hours there and came away feeling restored. The modern design and wide views over Laguna del Sauce made the spa feel peaceful as soon as I walked in. Alive Health Spa feels like a proper wellness retreat in Punta del Este, not just somewhere to book a quick treatment. The experience felt worth the price for the lasting sense of calm, and I can't wait to return.

They didn't have the room ready, and the reservation wasn't prepared either. Staff also failed to explain important details when I booked. I won't return or recommend it.
