El Sol De Las Grutas

The owner welcomed us so warmly and helped us with our pet, Maxwell. She also gave us advice and assistance with everything we needed. Mrs. Ana came by each day to clean and check if we needed anything, always smiling and ready to help. The kitchen staff were very friendly, the service was excellent, and breakfast was very good. The location is handy too: Las Grutas beach is just steps away, Cada Pueblo is a five-minute walk, and beautiful Portezuelo beach is five minutes away. Punta del Este is about a 15-minute drive via the nearby highway. Don't hesitate to stop by!

Its location gives the place a lot of charm, and it's a lovely spot for a peaceful break with sun and beach. I found the establishment perfect for that. The one thing that takes away from its appeal is the upkeep. It clearly needs better maintenance, which I'd offer as a suggestion to the managers.

Sol is such a lovely person, and Mariana's cooking left me speechless! The setting is quiet and natural, just steps from the beach and miles away from Punta del Este. A perfect place!!

Terrible, a real rip-off. The room was dirty and poorly maintained, and there were hairs on the sheet, so it didn't seem to have been washed. The breakfast was shameful. I hope I never have another awful experience like this.
