The apartment we were given was in awful shape, and the rent they charge for a place like this is disgraceful. The walls were damp and stained, the kitchen wasn't equipped, the towels were torn, and the doors and curtains were damaged. The sofa was ruined too, among other problems. I don't recommend staying here.
The building was in poor condition, and the receptionists, one brunette and one blonde, treated me disrespectfully. The automatic doors weren't working properly: I had to force them open, and they closed on their own, injuring my arm. Then I slipped on the wet floor. When I asked the two women, who were supposed to help, for assistance with the door, they got annoyed, pushed me out, and yelled at me. Their behavior left a lot to be desired. I have two medical receipts for the injuries I got there. This place doesn't deserve even one star.
I wouldn't return. Things were broken, dirty, or in bad condition, and after I complained, the refund didn't reflect what I'd paid. I'm giving two stars because the staff were friendly. I'm adding this after reading the manager's awful response. I had prepaid the whole stay. I showed that the place was nowhere near the photos and description, and left because the service fell so far short. I told them I was unhappy as soon as I saw the room, which was different from the one promised. Even so, they refunded only half of my 10-day stay. They should be ashamed, apologize, and commit to improving. Instead, this establishment is a rip-off, badly maintained in every respect, from the building and equipment to cleanliness and service. The armchairs are melted, the beds are extremely poor, the linens are cheap, the furniture flimsy, and the kitchens unequipped. The indoor pool's glass doors are broken, as is the building's automatic entrance door. To be clear, you're lying. I gave more than enough reasons for leaving your deceptive establishment. I held back out of courtesy when describing it before, but your cynicism has made me speak plainly. I complained on Friday afternoon when I arrived. I had already left Saturday morning, completely dissatisfied, and found another place to stay. Still, I had to wait until Sunday afternoon for a response, and even then it wasn't final. The shameful refund came days later. You swindlers!
Filthy place, nothing works, and the staff are awful. It looks like a squat.
The location and service are excellent. If you need something, ask and they'll bring it over. I'd definitely come back.
