Very basic accommodation, and poor value for the price.

A horrible experience. After taking a deposit to book our stay, the owner told us just before the trip that she’d booked the same dates to other people who needed them for longer. Even after you’ve paid, she can leave you without your vacation at the last minute if a better offer comes along. It was awful.

We booked the three apartments for 12 people on September 30th, paid a 30% deposit, and told them in advance that we were 13. On December 4th, just a month before the trip, they finally contacted us to say two apartments had been overbooked and they’d taken a better offer. They never asked us first. They accepted the other booking and only then tried to fix things, offering a house for 8-10 people with three mattresses thrown in and the message, “It’s only three days, guys!” as though they were doing us a favor. We asked for one apartment plus the house, which would sleep 14 for our group of 13. He said that was rented too, and that the apartment was for two, not four. So the third apartment had also been rented beyond what we’d understood, and he’d never told us it was for two rather than four. Before booking, he’d said he was offering all three apartments because the house was too small. After completely screwing us over, he offered that same house as compensation. He did return the deposit, which was the least we expected. But with the vacation a month away and the booking made four months in advance, we now have to find somewhere else because of his terrible management. I absolutely don’t recommend him.

The cabins are spacious, comfortable, and clean, close to the beach, and the owner is a delight.
