From the outside, the place looks appealing, but staying there turned into a constant struggle. The building is well situated and has a nice look, and the reception staff are friendly. Beyond that, service management and upkeep were very poor. The shared areas on the 15th floor were neglected: the pool water was cloudy, and the terrace had no umbrellas or furniture, so it wasn't usable in the sun. Parking was also frustrating, with spaces so narrow that maneuvering around other cars was difficult. When issues came up in the apartment, nobody fixed them. They said they had no replacement parts for a lightbulb, leaving wires exposed over the bed. A clogged sink was dismissed with “it was like that,” and after I asked them to check the bedroom blackout curtain, I never heard back. Cleaning visits were rescheduled more than once at their discretion, without consulting anyone. Beach service was unpredictable too. Sometimes the staff were cordial, other times they answered rudely for no reason.
