Art Hotel FyF

The front desk experience really let this place down. Katheryn was very disrespectful to both employees and customers, with no customer service skills. As someone who owns 3 Airbnb in Los Angeles, I would never recommend having someone at the desk treat people like that. I had a famous friend visit and felt embarrassed. The owner should remember that a small town can become a big hell. I hope my friend doesn’t share his experience, since I’d like to stay again. Hopefully this person won’t be around with her disturbed vibe. Kiddo needs to get back to school. I would have loved to give it a 10 out of 10, but that interaction made it hard.

I really enjoyed staying at the art hotel f&f. The design is marvelous, and there are lots of lovely art works around the hotel. The service was excellent, especially michaella at reception, who looked after all my needs. One night I enjoyed the jakuzzi, pool, and even a massage. Bernardo, israel

My mother spent two nights here and had a wonderful time. She loved the room and the swimming pool, and the service was splendid. A must-visit in Punta del Este.

The beach is really close, and the location was just perfect. I had an amazing stay at FF thanks in part to the kind, helpful staff. Five stars, and I’ll be back for sure.
