The pool was nice and the location was good, with lovely staff. But my room was dirty and needed a lot of maintenance.

The location is excellent and the pool is very nice. The hotel could use some decorating and maintenance, but the owners were hospitable and the staff took such good care of us that we forgot about those shortcomings. The Cuban receptionist was wonderful. My husband and I stayed four days.

Everyone was so warm and welcoming. Lázara was especially kind and gave us excellent service. The location is excellent, and the heated pool is both beautiful and large.
